We had a single story extension put on the back of our house to give us a dining room, utility room and a toilet. The project was started on the date given and completed within the stated completion date. All works were carried out to a very high standard. The price quoted was the price paid - no hidden extras! Martin and his team are professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly. They built a single-storey extension with apex roof for us, and went on to fit the kitchen, and rebuild external paving. All this with the constraints of us continuing to live in the house while the works were carried out; and we remained friends!!
We never had any problems that could not be resolved through discussion, and Martin would often offer acceptable solutions.
In a time of rapidly increasing costs of materials, Martin kept us regularly updated, to prevent any sudden shocks to our budget. He stuck to his Contract, and was very fair and transparent when it was necessary to make changes to it.
